In today’s society “Stress” is an issue which many indiviuals struggle with everyday. Stress is a well-established concept in health-related fields, and a very large amount of scientific research has shown that stress is linked with psychological, physiological, and behavioral dimensions of wellness. Understanding the types and stress sources is important. Stress sources would be categorized in to two types such as Internal and External Stressors. External stressors are our main focus which are related to Physical and Social Environment.
